Blackberry Waffles

ingredients

0.25 cup Blackberry Reàl

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

4 teaspoons baking powder

2 large eggs

1 ½ cups milk,  warmed

⅓ cup butter, melted

1/4 cup Blackberry Reàl 

1 teaspoon vanilla

Fresh blackberries, for garnish

Garnish

Directions

Preheat waffle iron to desired temperature.

In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, and baking powder.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the milk, butter, Blackberry Reàl, and vanilla. Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture; beat until blended.

Ladle batter onto waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer’s directions. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve topped with fresh blackberries.
