2 cup Passion Reàl
1-2 lbs sushi grade tuna
2 oz fresh passion fruit or pure frozen passion fruit
Juice of 6 limes
1 oz olive oil
1 T salt
1 avocado diced
1 cucumber diced
1 jalapeño diced
1 oz diced red onion
1 oz chopped cilantro
Cut tuna into 1/4 inch cubes and lightly chop.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. In a mixing bowl, combine passion fruit REÁL, lime juice, passion fruit juice, olive oil and salt. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate.
Add all ingredients together and serve into 4-6 individual bowls. Top with a sprinkle of sea salt.
Garnish with broken/crushed up tortilla chips, won tons, or rice crackers.
