Lychee Habanero Chicken

ingredients

1 cup Lychee Reàl

1 fresh habanero pepper

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon salt

Garnish

Directions

Cut habanero in half and add both halves to a saucepot with vinegar and salt. Bring to a boil, and reduce by half.

Let cool completely in refrigerator.

Add lime and Lychee Reàl, and mix to combine.

Add to chicken wings with chopped peanuts, green onions, and chopped cilantro for amazing wings, or grill or sauté a chicken breast and serve with same ingredients over rice.
