ingredients

1 cup Banana Reàl

3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour 

Pinch of salt 

1 large egg 

3 large egg yolks2 cups whole milk 

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 

3–4 medium ripe bananas, sliced

30– to 40 vanilla wafers 

Whipped cream, for serving

Directions

In a saucepan, whisk together Banana Reàl, flour, and salt. Whisk in the whole egg and 3 yolks, then stir in the milk. 

Cook over low heat, stirring often, until the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla; let cool.

In a serving bowl, add the mixture in layers with bananas, wafers, and pudding. 

Refrigerate for 4 hours. Serve topped with whipped cream.
