Black Cherry Red Wine Sauce

serves 4-6

ingredients

0.5 cup Black Cherry Reàl

1 cup cabernet sauvignon

1 Tablespoon peppercorns

1 teaspoon salt

2 shallots, finely chopped

1/2 cup demi-glace

Garnish

Directions

In saucepot, combine wine, peppercorns, salt, and shallots, and simmer until reduced by half.

Add demi-glace and Black Cherry Reàl, and heat until warmed through.

Best with grilled lamb chops, venison, or duck breast.
